1. Scope and Effect

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of the LUMINA GOODS website (see the Commercial Disclosure for entity information; referred to as "we"). By registering an account, placing an order or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using this website.

2. Services

This website sells anime merchandise and other physical goods, and provides online ordering, payment, delivery and after-sales support. Orders are currently shipped to mainland China only.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity.
  • Provide true and accurate information when registering. Your email address is used for sign-in, verification and order notifications, so please make sure it can receive email.
  • Keep your account credentials safe; you are responsible for all activity under your account. If your account is compromised or behaves abnormally, contact us immediately.
  • Do not register accounts under another person's identity, and do not rent, transfer or lend your account to others.
  • For accounts that violate laws or these Terms, we may restrict features, suspend service or terminate the account as appropriate.
  • You may request account deletion as described in the Help Center; after deletion we will erase or anonymise your personal information as required by law.

4. Product Information and Order Formation

  • Images, descriptions, stock and prices shown on product pages are for reference only; the information confirmed by the system when the order is submitted prevails.
  • Where a listed price or description contains an obvious error, we may correct it and cancel the affected order, refunding any payment made in full.
  • An order is formed once it has been confirmed and successfully paid. Orders must be paid within the payment window; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.

5. Prices and Payment

  • Product prices and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
  • We support Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank card payments, processed by third-party payment providers; we do not collect or store your card details.
  • After payment, the order status and payment records can be viewed in My Orders.

6. Delivery and Receipt

Delivery scope, fees and receipt notes follow the Shipping Policy. If you neither confirm receipt nor raise an objection within 15 days after dispatch, the system will confirm receipt automatically. Please provide accurate delivery details; delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers are borne by you.

7. After-sales and Refunds

Refund conditions, procedures, methods and timelines follow the After-sales Service policy. For quality issues, please contact us promptly.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree not to use this website to: violate laws or public order and morals; place malicious orders, hoard or resell in bulk, or abuse refunds; bulk-scrape website content or interfere with or disrupt its normal operation by any technical means; or infringe the lawful rights and interests of us or third parties. Where such conduct occurs, we may take measures (including cancelling orders and restricting accounts) and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

9. Intellectual Property

The page designs, texts, images, trademarks and other content of this website are the intellectual property of LUMINA GOODS or the respective rights holders, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Intellectual property in the characters, names and trademarks associated with the goods sold on this website belongs to their original rights holders.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for service interruptions or unfulfilled orders caused by force majeure (including natural disasters, network or system failures, government actions and policy changes), but will handle amounts already paid appropriately under the law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

11. Privacy

We collect, use, store and protect your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, and explain the use of cookies and how you can manage them in the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms for business or legal reasons; revised Terms will be published on this page. We will notify you of material changes via in-site notices; continued use of this website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, including their formation, validity, interpretation and performance, are governed by the law of the place where the operator is registered. Disputes arising from these Terms or from transactions on this website shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
