Additional Charges
Shipping: all orders are delivered by SF Express. Orders with a goods amount of 128 CNY or more ship free; below that, a 12 CNY shipping fee applies to the order. Checkout calculates and shows the fee automatically. See the Shipping Policy.
Payment Methods and Payment Window
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank card payments, processed by third-party payment providers; we do not collect or store your card details. Orders must be paid within 30 minutes of submission; unpaid orders are closed automatically by the system.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after successful payment (public holidays excluded); delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Delivery scope, shipping fees and tracking are detailed in the Shipping Policy.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Before dispatch, refunds can be requested without giving any reason. After dispatch, no-reason refunds are not accepted; only free exchanges for quality issues are offered.
